Lease-to-own available, your condominium of tomorrow - how does the model work?
The lease-to-own model offers you the possibility to acquire your desired apartment after five years at the current purchase price (without valorization). You sign a five-year fixed-term lease and decide at the end of the tenancy whether you want to buy the apartment or not. An extension of the lease is not possible. At the start of the lease, in addition to the security deposit, a down payment of 10% of the purchase price is paid. If you decide to purchase, the down payment you made will be deducted from the purchase price. The rent paid is not creditable toward the purchase price; the deposit will, of course, be returned to you. If you do not exercise your purchase option, you will receive your down payment back in full (with interest).
