Lease-to-own possible, your condo of tomorrow - how does the model work?
The lease-to-own model offers you the opportunity to acquire your desired apartment after 5 years at the current purchase price (without indexing). You sign a five-year fixed-term lease and decide at the end of the tenancy whether you want to buy the apartment or not. An extension of the lease is not possible. At the start of the lease, in addition to the deposit, a down payment of 10% of the purchase price is made. If you decide to buy, the down payment will be deducted from the purchase price. The paid rent is not creditable toward the purchase price, the deposit will be returned to you, of course. If you do not exercise your purchase option, you will receive your down payment in full (with interest) refunded.
