Rent-to-own possible, your ownership apartment of tomorrow - how does the model work?
The rent-to-own model offers you the possibility to purchase your desired apartment after 5 years at the current purchase price (without valorisation). You enter a five-year fixed-term rental agreement and decide at the end of the tenancy whether you want to buy the apartment or not. An extension of the rental contract is not possible. At the start of the lease, in addition to the deposit, a down payment equal to 10 % of the purchase price is made. If you decide to buy, the down payment you have paid will be deducted from the purchase price. The rent paid cannot be credited toward the purchase price, the deposit will be returned to you, of course. If you do not wish to exercise your purchase option, you will receive your down payment back in full (with interest).
