And due to high interest rates and the current lending rules for home loans, the financed purchase of a condominium has become even more difficult.

To live in Gretls Garden, you need a financing contribution of around 880 euros per m². The monthly gross total rent starts from 12.90 EUR/m²; your rental contract is of course unlimited.

Since we built this privately financed property as a non-profit housing cooperative, both your rental contract and the later acquisition of ownership are subject to the Housing Non-Profit Act (WGG).
