Living with willingness to help with social service providers on Liesingbach
In a wonderful new building, commission-free rental units are available for rent!
The project is carried out in cooperation with Barmherzigen Schwestern Pflege & Wohnen (www.bhs.or.at) and is aimed at people who would like to receive help in their daily life.
The concept offers you a basic package, connected with a service provider, which makes the following services available to you (divided into social and technical core services):
- to engage in conversations with people, identify and address needs for early recognition of situations requiring help (for example loneliness, neglect)
- organization of patient transports in case of illness or for outpatient appointments
- on weekdays fixed presence times, outside these presence times in emergencies telephone availability from 16:30 to 08:00
- organization of pet care in the absence of the tenant
- postal errands, e.g., package acceptance on request or package submission in an emergency
- errand services for smaller tasks / shopping in an emergency
- providing help for self-help
- supporting interfaces between those seeking help and professional service providers (property management, craftsmen, hairdresser, foot care, etc.)
- care of the communal room
- information about activities taking place in the surroundings (church, seniors club, etc.)
- assistance in mediating external care services (home nursing, meals on wheels, home help, etc.)
- facilitation of a laundry service
- facilitation of therapeutic services (speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc.)
- facilitation / organization of paid additional services Notification of relatives at the resident's request or in case of hospital admission, etc. Organization of an emergency call system connected to a dispatch center
- smaller, simple technical services: e.g., tasks such as changing light bulbs, tightening screws, repairing dripping taps, ...
To enable the project “Living with Willingness to Help”, the basic package is mandatory for every person in the household community. It cannot be waived optionally. The gross price for the 1st person in the household is 158,39 €. Each additional person in the household pays only 87,12 € for the basic package.
However, the following (paid) optional services are available and not mandatory:
- Organizing joint activities, e.g., joint snack in the common room, movement to music, memory training, etc.
- Organizing individual social care, such as accompaniment to the doctor, daily life support, or assistance in everyday organization
- on request, organization of consultation hours e.g. with a diploma nurse or a social worker

Property and Equipment
The friendly rental apartments offer carefully planned layouts and comprehensive living comfort. The entire residential building has 2- and 3-room apartments and living areas from about 36m² up to about 80m². Additionally, there is a penthouse apartment with 5 rooms and about 119m².
The senior-friendly bathrooms have grab bars and walk-in showers. You will also find folding seats in the bathrooms. A towel dryer is also installed and a connection for your washing machine.
Included in the apartment are a high-quality kitchen, a bathroom with luxurious tiles and high-quality parquet floors in all living spaces.
The building is heated with district heating, and the room temperature can be adjusted on the panel radiators in the individual living rooms.
The house has its own SAT system and connections from UPC.
In the residential building you will also find a bicycle / stroller storage room, a common room, a shared kitchen, a Soft-Wellness area with an infrared cabin and a TV room.
This impressive residential building has a total of seven floors, including the ground floor and an attic floor.
You also receive a basement storage room in the basement with your rental. There is a green inner courtyard with a children's playground.
In the on-site underground garage you have the option to rent one or more of the parking spaces additionally.
With the passenger elevator you can conveniently reach your apartment directly from the garage and the ground floor. You can greet your guests with an intercom.
Pets are generally allowed in the building and in the apartment. Electricity and heating costs are added to the rent.
Location description
The apartments are located in an excellent transportation location in the 23rd district. The rapid transit station Vienna Liesing is reachable on foot in only a few minutes. Here you will find the following connections: S1, S2, S3, S4, R and REX. Next to it you can access all bus lines at Liesinger Platz: 60A, 61A, 62A, 64A, 66A, N66, 253, 256, 257, 258, 259, 264.
Diversity of schools, kindergartens, authorities, banks and medical facilities are nearby. The Riverside shopping center is in the vicinity and offers numerous shops as well as a fitness center.
