The concept offers you a base package, connected with a service provider who provides the following services (divided into social and technical basic care services):

  • to engage in conversation with people, identify and address needs for early recognition of assistance situations (for example loneliness, neglect)
  • organization of patient transports in case of illness or for outpatient appointments
  • on weekdays fixed presence times, outside these presence times, in emergencies telephone availability from 16:30 to 08:00
  • organization of pet care during the tenant's absence
  • postal errands, e.g., package reception on request or package drop-off in an emergency
  • delivery services for smaller tasks / shopping in an emergency
  • enable assistance to self-help
  • facilitate interfaces between those in need of help and professional service providers (property management, craftsmen, hairdresser, foot care, etc.)
  • care of the communal room
  • information about local activities (church, seniors club, etc.)
  • assistance in arranging external care services (home nursing, meals on wheels, home aid, etc.)
  • arrangement of a laundry service
  • arrangement of therapeutic services (speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc.)
  • arrangement / organization of paid additional services Notification of relatives at the tenant's request or in case of hospital admission, etc. Organization of a call-for-help service connected to an emergency call center
  • smaller, simple technical services: e.g., tasks such as changing light bulbs, tightening screws, repairing dripping taps, ...

To enable the project “Wohnen mit Hilfsbereitschaft”, the base package is mandatory for every person in the household. It is not removable optionally. The gross price for the 1st person in the household is 158,39 €. Each additional person in the household pays only 87,12 € for the base package.

However, the following (charged) optional services are freely selectable and not mandatory:

  • Organization of joint activities, e.g., joint coffee break in the common room, movement to music, memory training, etc.
  • Organization of individual social care, such as accompaniment to the doctor, accompaniment in daily life or support in daily organization
  • upon request organization of consultation hours e.g. of a diploma nurse or a social worker

Property and Equipment
