Nature proximity and sustainability
On a 2.600 m² plot in the heart of Obergänserndorf, this project with four semi-detached houses was realized.
When balancing open spaces and built-up areas, care was taken to preserve as much greenery as possible. Proximity to nature, peace and high quality of life were top priorities from the start. The goal was to create a green residential idyll where one can enjoy life.

The construction is carried out as brick masonry with full thermal insulation (low heating costs, especially also due to the own PV system).
