• It was built in 2019 as a timber frame construction with 20 cm insulation and inner wooden paneling and has about 90 m² of pure living space and in total about 124 m² of usable living space plus a terrace and a carport complex of 32,7 m².
• 2 parking spaces complete the whole.

On the ground floor, the entrance area, two bright rooms, a bathroom, a sauna room and a toilet form a well-utilized living and sleeping level. Storage room and technical room with heat pump are accessible from the outside. The upper floor is reached via an exterior staircase. This level includes anteroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom and toilet, a wonderful room with an open kitchen, living-cooking-dining in an open space, next to it another cozy bedroom. An exquisitely simple, alpine ambience, atmospheric and cozy and a very good room comfort. A lot of wood. A true value.

Location:

• The chalet stands on a wonderful piece of land of 475 m² in the wide area of Hotel Heimat in Hinterbichl, a small garden with a terrace invites one to linger, there is a right of access to a water source, a well, etc.

And one more thing, the wellness area or the sauna house of the hotel can be used for free for 2 years. You are warmly invited!

• This National Park is among the greatest landscapes on earth, 611 km² of which are in East Tyrol, deep green mountain lakes, rushing glacier streams and thundering waterfalls are its lifeblood.
• By the way: more than half of all mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians that exist in Austria live here.
