It is not possible to register a primary residence here. Short-term apartments can be rented by commuters (without a primary residence in Vienna) or by people from abroad.

Upon moving in there is a one-time end cleaning fee of €200 to be paid.

If the entire rent amount for all months is paid in advance, there is a 5% discount.
