Growing together – where families are at home

With the project "Im Terrassengarten" a modern and family-friendly urban quarter is being created at Meischlgasse 38, 1230 Wien that ideally combines housing, local supply, education and leisure.

As part of the urban development area "Meischlgasse / In der Wiesen Süd-Ost" a new urban living space with around 1.900 apartments for approximately 4.000 residents will grow here by spring 2028. Already within the project itself 285 apartments are being created, which from the outset creates an attractive potential for local childcare.

A location for modern childcare

Families want short distances and high-quality care for their children in the immediate residential environment. The quarter "Im Terrassengarten" meets exactly this requirement and was developed according to the principle of the "city of short distances".

BILLA and BIPA are already confirmed as two high-frequency anchor tenants. Together with other quarter-complementing uses a lively environment is emerging in which parents can optimally combine care, shopping and everyday life. This makes the location ideal for a modern kindergarten or a contemporary childcare facility.

Flexible spaces for individual care concepts

A high-quality commercial space with a usable area of 743 to 786 m² is available for rent, depending on the chosen fit-out and occupancy variant.
