The industrial site is located in a very central location and is particularly well suited for businesses with a large number of employees. In a few minutes you can reach the site from the future up-and-coming main station. The opening of the Koralmbahn creates a new situation, especially for the labor market. Employees can reach their future workplace from the Greater Graz area and from all parts of Carinthia comfortably and inexpensively (Klimaticket).

In addition, delivery of materials by rail is also possible via the commercial tracks located in the northern area of the property. A connection to the industrial site can be made by overbuilding the Flatschacherstraße. However, these options must first be reviewed and depend on several factors.
