The apartments impress with modern, centrally accessible floor plans and high-quality fittings. Each of the apartments has an outdoor area. Due to the staggered arrangement, between the buildings there are expansive, greened outdoor spaces that serve as a recreation area and promote neighborly interaction. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and offer a comfortable indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as private garden or balcony. Large window areas provide bright, light-filled rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-oriented living feeling. Slats made of larch wood provide an optical division of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. Through the staggered arrangement, between the buildings there are expansive, greened outdoor spaces that serve as a recreation area and promote neighborly interaction. Directly next to the residential complex, an approximately 1.500 m² playground is created.
