The location:
The location convinces with short distances and high everyday usability. For cycling, the site offers very good conditions: The city center is reachable in about 10 minutes by bike. Attractive walking and cycling connections make the surroundings additionally interesting.
The public transport connections are also very good: Direct connections exist via tram line 4, including toward Graz Hauptbahnhof, Hauptplatz/Congress and Jakominiplatz. Graz Hauptbahnhof is reachable in about 5 minutes, the Hauptplatz/Congress in about 10 minutes, and the Jakominiplatz in about 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are also connections to bus lines 65, 65A and 66, making the site very well connected both in everyday life and towards the city center.
Beyond Graz Hauptbahnhof there are further connections to regional rail traffic and the S-Bahn Steiermark. Through Graz Köflacherbahnhof there are additionally connections of the GKB-S-Bahn.
