The summer house with a usable area of ca. 65 m² is divided into a large living-dining area with a kitchenette, into a bedroom, into a bathroom with a WC and into a veranda. A storage room provides additional space for storage. A wooden garden gazebo enables -protected from sun and rain - the stay outdoors.

The property, leased from the municipality, has a size of ca.140 m². The house is fully furnished and is offered fully equipped. It has a gas connection.

Location: The national park municipality Andau is surrounded by the nature reserve „Hanság-Waasen“, with the still preserved swamp and wet meadows and a special birdlife. The recreation facility „Pusztasee“ offers tennis, beach volleyball and children's playgrounds. Near Andau there is a border crossing to Hungary. A viewing tower on the Hungarian border with a view over the nature reserve and the „New Bridge of Andau“, over which one can cross the Einserkanal and the border on foot or by bicycle. From Andau you reach this historic place via the „Escape Street“, along which around 90 works of international artists form an impressive contemporary sculpture park.
