Prominent new building at CAMPUS V

With the completion of the third building, by the end of 2025 around 4.200 m² of additional office space at CAMPUS V in Dornbirn were realized. The building planned by the consortium ZAFFIGNANI MALIN LÓPEZ houses companies from the areas of innovation, digitalization, creativity and business services. The new building thus fits ideal into the site's focus: economy, knowledge and creativity.

The facade consists of colored concrete prefabricated elements. Through the structuring and shaping of the compact square building, a timeless architectural language is given. The office rental units are configurable in the initial phase - from the execution of the walls, the choice of floor covering to the positioning of connections. An efficient and usage-centered room configuration is thus provided.

A two-story underground garage with around 129 additional parking spaces forms the basis for a future clearly car-traffic-calmer outdoor space. At the site there are thus over 250 underground parking spaces for tenants, customers and visitors.

CAMPUS V - Hintere Achmühlerstraße

The CAMPUS V is Vorarlberg's first location for economy, knowledge and creativity. At the site there are already more than 70 companies and institutions based. Thus CAMPUS V has established itself as an influential business location in Vorarlberg.

The CAMPUS V forms, through the companies and institutions at the site and the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, a spatial platform to network the areas of business services, science and research as well as the creative economy.
