Welcome to your new dwelling, a charming holiday apartment in the Enzian apartment building on the picturesque Gerlitzen Alp. The perfect place for your personal time out from daily life: enjoy the fresh mountain air and a splendid view of the surrounding Carinthian mountain world with the Julian Alps, Karawanken and Hohe Tauern. Additionally, you can look down on Landskron Castle and with binoculars you can see all the way to the main square of Villach.

You can reach the apartment on the 5th floor directly via the approximately 2024 renovated elevator. On a total living area of approximately 55 m², a perfect room layout awaits you.

The approx. 5 m² corridor is equipped with two storage cabinets, a coat rack with mirror and a shoe cabinet from the same furniture series.

The nearly new, modern fitted kitchen lies separately and is equipped with under-counter lighting, drawers with soft-close, a separate freezer compartment, stove, ceramic cooktop and exhaust hood. The exterior wall to the loggia is insulated and newly plastered.
