The perfect place for your personal time out from daily life: enjoy the fresh mountain air and a wonderful view of the surrounding Carinthian mountain world with the Julian Alps, the Karawanken and the Hohe Tauern. You can also look down on Landskron Castle and, with binoculars, you can see as far as the main square of Villach.
You can reach the apartment on the 5th floor directly via the ca. 2024 renovated elevator. On a total living area of approximately 55 m², you can expect a perfect layout.
The approximately 5 m² hallway is equipped with two storage cabinets, a coat rack with mirror and a shoe cabinet from the same furniture line.
The nearly new, modern fitted kitchen lies separately and is equipped with under-cabinet lighting, soft-close drawers, a separate freezer, stove, ceramic cooktop and extractor hood. The furniture is already included in the purchase price; you only have to pack your suitcases and move in.
The exterior wall to the loggia is insulated and newly plastered. The central location of the Enzian apartment house on the Gerlitzen creates ideal conditions to relax from daily life and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. In spring, summer and autumn you can expect scenic hiking trails, exciting attractions such as the Summer Toboggan Run and the Bike Park for children in the Erlebnisarena Kanzelhöhe, as well as aerial adventures like paragliding or on two wheels mountain biking. The beautiful Ossiacher See — only about 20 kilometers from your future domicile — provides ideal conditions for day trips and water sports such as windsurfing and stand-up paddling.
In winter the region transforms into a first-class ski area with about 52 kilometers of perfectly prepared pistes, which are directly reachable from the apartment with skis in a short distance. There is also about 10 kilometers of cross-country trails, natural toboggan runs, winter hiking trails, mountain huts and restaurants. From your future holiday property you can reach the next ski lift in only about 3 minutes.
