New build apartment with balcony bright spaces

The apartments convince with modern, centrally accessible floor plans and high-quality fittings. Each of the apartments has an outdoor area. The staggered arrangement creates expansive, planted open spaces between the building volumes that serve as recreational spaces and promote neighborly interaction. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a cozy indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, shutters, as well as own garden or balcony. Large windows provide bright, light-filled spaces.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-oriented living atmosphere. Larch wood slats create a visual delineation of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. The staggered arrangement creates expansive, planted open spaces between the building volumes that serve as recreational spaces and promote neighborly interaction. Directly next to the residential complex, a roughly 1,500 m² playground is being built.
