The apartments convince with modern, centrally accessible layouts and high-quality equipment. Each of the apartments has an outdoor area. Due to the staggered arrangement, extensive, greened open spaces arise between the building blocks, which serve as recreation areas and promote neighborly togetherness. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are especially stable, energy-efficient and offer a cozy room climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as own garden or balcony. Large windows provide bright rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a nature-oriented living feel. Larch wood slats provide a visual segmentation of the balconies and a sun-protected outdoor area. The staggered arrangement creates broad, greened open spaces between the buildings that serve as recreational areas and foster neighborly interaction. Directly next to the residential complex, a roughly 1.500 m² playground is being created.
