This holiday home, built in 2003, sits on a leased plot in a beautiful and quiet location. Thanks to the available supply and disposal facilities, living here is a pleasure. Also a gas connection runs up to the parcel boundary. The middle parcel is rectangular and fairly level.

Lake

The lake belonging to the complex offers the ultimate recreational value, and it is only about 1 minute on foot away and may only be used by tenants. Upon arriving at the lake, there is a large lawn for sunbathing as well as wooden piers with ladders and an entry staircase available. Small rowboats, stand-up paddles, and rubber boats can be moored at the jetty.

Expandable to permanent residence

The house is currently used as a holiday and summer residence. In the transition months it is heated by electric radiators. By converting it with modest costs - including insulation of the walls and the installation of a heating system, such as a gas heating or solid-fuel stove - the house can be made winter-proof and thus used as a permanent residence. Thus the annual lease costs are offset to about € 540,- per month.

Lease

• The lease is € 6.480,- annually plus annual operating costs € 600,- to € 800,-
• The tenancy arrangement is concluded for a term of 10 years.
