According to the authorities, in 2022, by a notice from the municipality, the legal existence was established. In any case, the notice states that all buildings were already present well before 1967. The condition of the building parts and the technical facilities is consistently in line with the age of the buildings. The farmstead is usable but also in need of renovation. Heating is provided by an old wood central heating system, installed in the outbuilding.

A sewer connection is not available and not possible.
