New Build Semi-Detached Hörsching

In Hörsching, two modern duplex houses are being built, with four bright semi-detached halves. Each unit offers 106,04 m² of living space on two levels. The living spaces open to the terrace and to the private gardens, whose lawn areas, depending on the unit, are between 116 m² and 161 m².

The houses are built in a flooring-ready state, and on request can also be delivered turnkey. The modern building technology consists of an air-source heat pump with underfloor heating. This provides low operating costs. Each unit includes a garage and an additional off-street parking space. A carport is available on request. Buyers can choose between a flat roof and a hipped roof. Optional features include a full basement, a fireplace, a living space ventilation system with heat recovery, and other fittings.

Construction start is planned for autumn 2026 or spring 2027. Handover is expected in summer 2028. Connection and development costs are not included in the purchase price. The houses are not barrier-free.
