Due to the staggered arrangement, between the buildings there are spacious, greened open spaces that serve as recreation areas and foster a neighborly sense of community. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient and provide a cozy indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as own garden or balcony.
