The offset arrangement creates between the building volumes spacious, greened open spaces that serve as a recreational area and promote neighborly interaction. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a cozy indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award. The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as private garden or balcony. Large windows provide bright, well-lit rooms.
