Architecture with Character
Designed by PSLA ZT Architekten, at Baufeld 14B a real “Kubaturwunder” is created for diverse work and living spaces, in synergy with a high quality of outdoor living. Through the chessboard-like arrangement of projections and floor-by-floor varying facade views, unique layouts arise that, depending on the apartment size, allow several (garden) loggias or balconies. Predominantly generous floor-to-ceiling windows and green loggias bring lots of light inside and make nature part of living.
A special highlight is the open atrium area on the ground floor, which functions as the “Green Centre,” lightening the architecture and creating meeting zones. On the 4th floor a green roof connects the two components – a retreat as well as a place for exchange. Pergolas and green oases transform it into an urban quiet zone with high quality of stay.

The uniqueness of the project is emphasized through the architectural design, largely with exposed concrete ceilings and through the projections that create visible connections giving the apartments an extraordinary generosity and a loft-like ambience.
