Architecture with Character
Designed by PSLA ZT Architekten, Baufeld 14B rises as a true “cube of space” for diverse work and living environments, in conjunction with a high outdoor quality. The lattice-like arrangement of projections and setbacks as well as storey-by-storey changing facade views creates unique floor plans that, depending on apartment size, offer several (garden) loggias or balconies. Predominantly generous floor-to-ceiling windows and green loggias bring plenty of light inside and make nature part of living.
A special highlight is the open atrium area on the ground floor, which functions as the “Green Center,” relaxing architecture and creating meeting zones.
