The residential complex Gretls Garten consists of 118 privately funded apartments built by a charitable housing cooperative. • No purchase after 11 years planned, but indefinite rent at unchanged terms remains possible
• Termination after a one-year waiver of termination rights is possible, the remaining financing contribution will be refunded
