Architecture with character

Through the checkerboard arrangement of forward and setbacks as well as floor-by-floor varying facade views, unique layouts arise that depending on apartment size offer several (garden) loggias or balconies. A special highlight is the open atrium area on the ground floor, functioning as the “Green Center,” easing architecture and creating meeting zones.
