The interior design is from a single source by the renowned Wetscher showroom. Top-design combined with unique pieces from the Wetscher workshops and a harmonious connection with the building architecture created the feeling of arrival.

The open kitchen impresses with the interplay of international premium brands (Varenna, Gaggenau) and carpenter fittings.

With the sparing use of light sources, colors, surfaces and materials are highlighted.

As a half-height room divider, between the sunken living room and the dining area, an open fireplace with a shamotte insert accessible from two sides was installed.

The niches and cabinets were installed flush by the carpenter; the interior doors and window surfaces are floor-to-ceiling. The 3-fold glazed and color-matched Internorm wood-Alu windows are all equipped with shading and partially with insect protection.

The oversized bathtub in the master bedroom invites relaxation. Additionally, the master bedroom has a wardrobe space/wardrobe area appropriate for the house.

The building is equipped with a KNX-System and a voice control, enabling shading, lighting, audio, heating but also cooling to be operated easily and even without pressing a button.

The central living space ventilation, the air-source heat pump and the 9,6 kW Peak PV-Anlage make the otherwise already highly energy-efficient building nearly self-sufficient.

Also in the exterior area, no expense was spared. For example, we selected weeping willows, a pine bonsai lit from two sides, a thoughtfully designed boxwood and yew hedge as well as a Norwegian graphite as terrace paving.

A special highlight is the open ground behind, but also the view over Niederau to Oberau is picture-book perfect.
