Windows on the ground floor mostly date from the 1980s, while those on the upper floor were renewed between 1998 and 2010.
Water supply comes from a house well, which is shared with the neighbor. Waste disposal is via the public sewer network. A fiber optic connection is at the property boundary and provides a solid basis for modern telecommunications.
