• The photos are visualizations; the apartments are not rented furnished.
• The apartments are rented for a fixed term of 5 years. One-year termination waiver. The ancillary costs (electricity, heating and water) are consumption-dependent and are charged additionally.
• We are a subsidiary of ÖRAG-Österreichische Realitäten AG, Vienna, referred to as ÖRAG, and therefore there may be an additional economic close relationship within the meaning of the Broker Act to ÖRAG and its other subsidiaries in Austria.
