The riding estate „Gut Rosenhof“ covers 30 hectares and currently has 26 boarders and four private horses. The most economical result is achieved with 30 horses, as they can manage with one stable hand. A riding hall measuring 70 x 20 meters, including lighting and motion detectors, is part of Rosenhof. Two arenas with dimensions 60 x 20 meters, one of which is equipped with night lighting that is currently not in operation. A show jumping arena of 1,5 hectares, about 10 hectares of paddocks, about 50 individual paddocks including drinking trough and direct access, about 50 boxes with heated trough, of which 15 are paddock boxes and 25 outdoor boxes. Dreamlike, legal riding paths, 20 hectares of forage meadows as a sheet property, two tractors, harvest machinery, workshop and storage for the maintenance of the operation, machinery and hay. Two dressage arenas with tournament quality and a dressage and show trainer on the facility. Use this property for living for yourself or offer your guests a holiday at the riding farm. There are nine guest rooms available.
