New lease of a Jausenstation

The Jausenstation presents itself at approximately 800 meters in elevation as a unique jewel in the midst of the impressive Tyrolean mountain world — a place where tradition, nature and hospitality merge in a special way. It will be available for new lease starting from the summer of 2026.

Gastronomy facilities on the ground floor

The lovingly designed interior spaces offer ideal conditions for a successful restart:

• Equipment & electrical appliances: The gastronomy kitchen features a wood-fired pizza oven (OT 100). The other required gastronomy electrical appliances are to be provided by the tenant independently, giving you full flexibility in choosing your equipment.

Operating permit (2024): designed for a Jausenstation concept

• Capacity: about 25 indoor seats (2 lounges) and about 20 - 30 seats on the about 80 m² large panorama sun terrace. Total usable area with kitchen and restrooms and cold rooms about 140 m²

• Lease for Jausenstation: € 1.500,- plus 20 % VAT, plus operating costs and electricity

• Lease term: 5 years (by agreement)
• Security deposit: € 7.000,-.
