The offset arrangement creates spacious, greened open spaces between the building structures that serve as recreation areas and promote a neighborly sense of community. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient, and provide a cozy indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, shutters, as well as a private garden or balcony. Large windows provide bright, sunlit rooms.
