The apartment.

You enter this dreamlike top-floor apartment via a central entrance area. The heart of the home is the large living and cooking area with direct access to the two balconies. The project.

The winners of an architecture competition were able with Haus am Park to set a new standard in the combination of modern architecture, technical innovation, thoughtful floor plans and well-developed common areas.

The technology.

The entire Haus am Park is technologically ahead of its time. This reduces ongoing costs for tenants significantly, and in hot summer months a cooling ceiling connected to the deep probes, which was developed by KALLCO Development GmbH, provides relief.

All apartments are equipped with automated exterior blinds which automatically darken during strong sun exposure and retract again for protection in case of wind speeds over 80 km/h. Since summers can sometimes be cooler, the bathrooms are equipped with heating mats, which ensure pleasantly warm feet in no time.

The location.

The property is located in the heart of the new urban residential district in close proximity to the main station. The area features its own school campus, a kindergarten, the large Helmut-Zilk-Park, as well as various convenience stores.

The nearby Bahnhofcity near Vienna's main train station offers a variety of restaurants and shopping options, even on weekends. The pedestrian zone on Favoritenstraße also offers a wide range of leisure options. Directly at the height of Haus am Park, a pedestrian and bicycle bridge is currently being built, which leads directly to Schweizer Garten and the Arsenal.

The public transport is described as perfect with the U1 station “Keplerplatz” just a 10-minute walk away, as well as the nearby main station. By car you can reach the highway within a few minutes.
