In 2002, the first component with 12 subsidized housing units was completed. The housing units have either about 53m² or about 73m² of living space. • have urgent housing needs (proof of leaving the previous main residence within 6 months after moving into the subsidized apartment)
• and do not exceed the following family income limits:

• 1 Person – 50.000,00 Euro
• 2 Persons – 70.000,00 Euro
• Each additional person – 10.000,00 Euro

Housing subsidy

There is the possibility of additional funding in the form of non-repayable variable grants. The amount of the housing subsidy depends on the level of the family annual income and the size of the family. The application for housing subsidy must be submitted annually.
