About this apartment

In Mitterndorf, one of eight cadastral communities of Michelhausen, a few kilometers from Tulln, is the exceptionally well-kept and top-maintained single-family home. Nestled between expansive meadows and fields, the beautiful, level property lies on the street protected by planting, on the southeast edge of the Tullnerfeld with cycling and hiking trails as well as quaint heurigen and inns in the immediate surroundings.

Originally construction of the house began in 1966, then paused for several years and resumed in the mid-1970s. The completion in solid brick construction took place in 1985. Since then, maintenance work has been ongoing. The façade with Vollwärmeschutz and roof gutters were renewed around 2012, an energy-saving KWB pellet heating with remote control and an electrical distributor were installed in 2024, as were the paint finishes in all rooms. The living room with a Swedish stove and access to the terrace with a cozy seating area under a glass roof and awning presents itself very friendly and homely. Many recreational opportunities in the Mostviertel are reachable by car within a few minutes. For example, the well-known Diamond Country Golf Club in Atzenbrugg, the Schubert Castle at the Trasdorfer Badesee or various river promenades along the Danube with excellent restaurants. Mitterndorf is also known for its large veterinary clinic, which is widely loved.
