Architecture with character
Designed by PSLA ZT Architekten, on Baufeld 14B a true “cube-wonder” is created for diverse work and living spaces, in conjunction with a high quality of outdoor living. Through the checkered arrangement of projections and setbacks as well as floor-by-floor changing façade views, unique floor plans arise that depending on apartment size allow several (garden) loggias or balconies. Predominantly generous room-high windows and green loggias bring a lot of light inside and let nature become part of living.
An open atrium area on the ground floor, functioning as the “Green Center,” loosens the architecture and creates meeting zones.
