The building originally erected in 1886 has a very special and charming aura. It is accessible from the quiet street via a few steps and offers an extraordinary, atrium-like front garden. The location, surroundings and transport connections
Despite the population growth in recent years, Hinterbrühl, the quaint market town in the south of Vienna, embedded in the Wienerwald - as the market town’s homepage puts it - has always managed to remain a residential community. The Seegrotte Hinterbrühl with the largest underground lake in Europe and the Höldrichsmühle, where Franz Schubert liked to linger, are the tourist highlights of the area. A multitude of hiking trails lead nearby through the surrounding forests. Hinterbrühl 1 kindergarten is reachable in a few minutes on foot. The SPAR supermarket on Hauptstraße 57 is only about 400 m away, the pharmacy "Zur heiligen Dreifaltigkeit" is even closer. Medical practices are available in Hinterbrühl and Gießhübl. Bus line 264 connects Hinterbrühl with Mödling; travel time to Mödling station is less than 15 minutes. By car you reach the interchange "Gießhübl" of the A21 in about 5 minutes (ca. 3 km). This way you reach Shopping City Süd in only 17 minutes and Vienna Airport in about 30 minutes.
Note:
The purchase price includes the kitchen and bathroom fittings, but not the other furnishings. The property lies - like a large part of the municipal area of Hinterbrühl - in the area of the so-called "Gipszone 1", which was prescribed due to local gypsum deposits.
