Architecture with character
Designed by PSLA ZT Architekten, at Baufeld 14B emerges a true “cube wonder” for diverse work and living spaces, in conjunction with a high quality of outdoor spaces. Through the checkerboard-like arrangement of projections and setbacks as well as floor-by-floor changing facade views, unique floor plans arise that, depending on apartment size, allow several (garden) loggias or balconies. Predominantly generous room-height windows and green loggias bring a lot of light inside and let nature become part of living.
A special highlight is the open atrium area on the ground floor, functioning as the “Green Center,” loosening architecture and creating gathering zones.
