Due to the offset arrangement, between the building blocks there are expansive, landscaped open spaces that serve as recreational areas and foster neighborly interaction. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient and offer a cozy indoor climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, roller shutters, as well as a private garden or balcony. Large window areas provide light-filled spaces.
