The real estate bid procedure is not an auction and not a public sale.

The decisive difference to a public sale or auction is the end. The owner alone decides in the end whether he accepts or rejects the highest bid.

This procedure offers you the opportunity to purchase the property at the current market price. The owner sees the actual demand in a relatively short time and hopes to achieve a quick transaction at market price through corresponding bids. "By bidding" simply means that you as an interested party can submit a bid for this property.

However, the owner also has the security of being able to reject a highest bid and is not subject to having to accept the purchase offer at any price, as is the case with an auction or public sale.

However, do not assume that the owner is under sales pressure.

Since the price is not determined in advance, we as agents of the owner cannot provide any further information on this point. From our side, no price estimates will be given either before or during the bidding period. Please note: your bid should be realistic, and your bid amount should be financeable. We are happy to assist you with financing and can arrange an offer for you through our financing advisors.

So that you can get an exact picture of the property, we are holding an Open House to which we cordially invite you. If it is not possible for you to come at this appointment, we will be happy to show you the property at another time. Filling out a viewing form with name, address and telephone number is a basic requirement for participating in the viewing. Here you will of course receive detailed information about the property so that you can make a secured decision. On this day you can also submit bids for the first time.

Only you as an interested party determine , which bid you submit !

This bid must be submitted to us in writing within the separately specified bidding period (post, e-mail, in person). For submitting your bid we only accept the form provided by us, which must be completed fully and truthfully.

If a bid is accepted by the offeror, we will contact you immediately. Of course, all those who have submitted bids and were not successful will be informed by us. The further handling is then very individual and personal. Through our mediation all components of the purchase contract will be discussed and handled with the parties involved, in order then, after the bank's financing commitment is available, to conclude a notarized purchase contract. We will of course accompany you up to the handover of the keys.

For the sake of good order, we would also like to point out that our brokerage activity is subject to commission. The success fee to be paid to us amounts to 3% plus 20% VAT of the purchase price.
