This cozy 2-room apartment with a size of ca. 48 m² is located on the ground floor of an apartment building on the Gerlitzen at ca. 1.500 m above sea level. Here you are right as sports enthusiasts and nature lovers; here you can relax and enjoy the grandiose long-distance view and sun or use the numerous sports opportunities.

The fully furnished apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen and built-in cupboards and is therefore ready to move in immediately. The apartment includes a ca. 6 m² covered terrace. Renting and of course also enjoying it yourself is called for!

Location: The apartment complex is accessible year-round directly by car or by the Kanzelbahn (short walk).

In winter you can reach the ski slope directly from the apartment complex via a prepared path on skis (42 Pistenkilometer in a snow-safe and family-friendly ski area). As an alternative, you can of course also go ski touring or hike with snowshoes.

In summer the mountain invites you to hike and walk:

• easily walkable, paved hiking and themed trails, partially barrier-free for strollers
• Nordic walking (trails with different levels of difficulty)
• paragliding (special thermals, beautiful panorama)
• model flying
• cycling

The Ossiacher See is located directly at the foot of the Gerlitzen. Car-free bathing fun through a unique mountain-lake combination with the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn.

Countless huts invite you to stop for food and refreshment after extensive tours!
