The Gerlitzen-Kanzelhöhe is located in the municipality of Treffen am Ossiacher See and is a popular holiday destination for all nature lovers who appreciate the beauty of the mountains, the silence, the good air and the down-to-earthness, it rises directly on the north shore of the Ossiacher See. From there the Panorama-Kanzelbahn as well as the Gerlitzen Gipfelbahn lead to just under 2.000 meters above sea level. Concentrated mountain air, gentle coolness in summer and an incredibly beautiful mountain landscape in winter await the guests. The unique mountain-lake-snow combination offers a holiday highlight at any time of year.

The apartment complex can be reached directly by car (toll road) or by the Kanzelbahn (short walk). Due to winter service, access to the former "Almresort" and now "Almresort Kanzelhöhe" via the road is guaranteed year-round.

In winter you can reach the ski slope directly from the apartment complex with skis via a groomed path (52 Pistenkilometer in a snow-secure and family-friendly ski area). As an alternative, of course, you can also do ski touring or hike with snowshoes. A ski and snowboard school with rental and included sports shop is located directly at the Kanzelbahn.

In summer the mountain invites you to hike and stroll (easily walkable, paved hiking and theme trails partly barrier-free for prams), Nordic walking (trails with different levels of difficulty), paragliding (special thermals, wonderful panorama), model flying and mountain biking. Due to the many access routes, various levels of difficulty arise for mountain bikers.
