The apartments impress with modern, centrally accessible floor plans and high-quality equipment. Each of the apartments has an outdoor area. Through the staggered arrangement, expansive, greened open spaces are created between the building blocks, which serve as a recreational space and promote a neighborly togetherness. Thanks to the timber construction, the buildings are particularly stable, energy-efficient and offer a cozy room climate. The Wohnpark Ober-Grafendorf is klimaaktiv Gold certified and awarded the Energy Globe Award.

The 2- to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating, blinds, as well as own garden or balcony. Large window surfaces ensure light-filled rooms.

The buildings impress with architectural finesse and a naturnah living feel. Slats made of larch wood provide a visual articulation of the balconies and a sun-protected area outdoors. Through the staggered arrangement, between the building blocks there are expansive, greened open spaces that serve as recreational space and foster a neighborly togetherness. Directly next to the residential complex, a roughly 1.500 m² playground is planned.

Completion of Building Component C is planned for spring 2026.
