About this apartment
The Danube at the door, the Vienna Woods in close proximity, and Vienna only a short train ride away. Many come here to bathe, others to cycle or walk. And some stay forever.
For anyone who wants to live here, this apartment is located on the very top on the second and also last floor of a house from 1987. You can tell the apartment has lived in for decades. Whoever moves in here will want to renew almost everything. But later you do not have to live with other people's decisions; you can do many things exactly the way you want to have them.
In the ground floor there is also a roughly 10 m² basement that also belongs to the apartment. Really huge, almost like a separate room. Plenty of space for bicycles, sports equipment, Christmas decorations and all the things you rarely need but don't want to throw away.
What is actually especially beautiful is what almost begins right outside the front door. The Danube, the Strombad, walks along the water, bike rides, running, or simply an evening in the green. And the station practically around the corner. A combination that is especially pleasant in daily life.
