The historic building, whose origins go back to the 16th century, was comprehensively renovated in 2015 with great sensitivity and a sense for aesthetics. Exposed wooden beams tell of the past and, together with modern accents, give the rooms a special atmosphere.

In the west-facing ground floor of the building there is a charming day cafe, while the remaining areas of the house are used as living space. Two spacious units in the attic impress with their visibly preserved roof truss, extraordinary ceiling height and expansive openness.

The loft itself is directly accessible by elevator and opens on the upper level to a welcoming vestibule. From here you reach the open-designed kitchen and dining area, which flows into the living area and provides access to a terrace.

The lower level was originally conceived as a guest room or office and is currently used as a spacious wardrobe. The existing utility room — equipped with a WC, washing machine and dryer — is ideally suited for the expansion of a guest bathroom with a shower due to existing connections. Additionally there is a second access via the staircase on this level.

In addition, there is a basement storage unit of about 3,95 m². A parking space in immediate proximity can be rented in a nearby underground car park.
