Apartment new build first occupancy terrace

The new residential complex consists of three building blocks. Each has a staircase and an elevator. Both the basement level and the ground floor extend largely below the natural ground level. The basement houses technical and storage rooms.

The ground-floor apartments will, to the south, be equipped with an atrium each, which lies below the natural ground level and is placed on the underground garage. The heating, cooling and hot water supply of the residential complex are provided sustainably using deep geothermal probes.

The residential complex extends over two full upper floors as well as a stepped attic floor that extends downward. On all floors there will be walkable terraces of various sizes after completion. The underground garage will be housed in the common basement of the complex.
