Architecture with character
Designed by PSLA ZT Architekten, at the Baufeld 14B a real “cube wonder” for diverse work and living spaces is created, in conjunction with a high quality of outdoor spaces. Through the chessboard-like arrangement of projections and recesses as well as floor-by-floor changing facade views, unique floor plans arise that, depending on apartment size, enable several (garden) loggias or balconies. Predominantly generous room-high window fronts and green loggias bring a lot of light inside and let nature become part of living.
A special highlight is the open atrium area on the ground floor, which acts as the “Green Center,” loosening architecture and creating meeting zones. On the 4th floor, a green roof garden connects the two building parts – a place of retreat as well as exchange.
