Catering Kitchen

If you are planning a guest reception or a dinner party for a special occasion, there is a 16m² catering kitchen available on the 30th floor of the High Rise. It is equipped with kitchen appliances and can be booked easily via the online platform for catering purposes. A fee applies for use.

Guest Lounge

The guest lounge is for celebrations and for socializing. In the comfortable lounge including a kitchenette, bathroom, shower and toilet everything you need for a cozy gathering is available. A fee applies for use.

Home Cinema

A different kind of home theater: a real cinema. The Home Cinema is equipped with a Dolby Surround system and comfortable seating. It can be booked via the online platform subject to availability and is available to all residents for a fee.

Marina Postbox

With the RenzBox you get your own mailbox. It makes receiving and sending packages from home a breeze – whether you are present or not. The service is integrated in the DOT Home app. You will receive a notification when a delivery has arrived.

KinderSpielplatz

For your little ones, fun is guaranteed with two playgrounds. One is connected to the community terrace and the guest lounge. The other is also used by the kindergarten in the Marina Tower.

Playroom

Is a birthday coming up but the weather doesn’t cooperate? No problem: simply book the community room via the online platform – and the birthday is saved. For the use of the unfurnished room only a cleaning fee applies.

Wash Station

Dirty dog after a walk? Dirty bike after the tour? Then take it to the Wash Station. Here you can get everything clean in no time – without dirtying the house or your own apartment.

Marina App

DOT Home is an online platform for the residents of the Marina Tower. In the Marina Tower foyer there will be touch screens you can use to inform yourself and to book services. It can also be used as an app on mobile devices. Integrated are: Marina Postbox, Car- and Bike-Sharing and the booking of the community rooms.

Additional costs: 1.1% registration fee, 3.5% real estate transfer tax, and fee for establishment and the cadastral execution of the developer agreement as well as the condominium agreement including any post-lease adjustment when correcting the Nutzwerte: 1% of the purchase price plus out-of-pocket expenses incurred (each plus 20% value-added tax)
